Failure to provide a proper setup area will result in cancellation of service on-site without refund.
By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept this requirement. If the correct surface is not available upon arrival, Nerf N’ Fun is not obligated to proceed with setup, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Please verify your event location meets this requirement in advance to avoid any disruption or dispute.

Our Nerf N’ Fun packages are designed for up to 24 active players on the field at one time. If your event includes more than 24 participants, a $50 Large Group Service Fee will be added to your selected package. ➕ This fee covers the additional coordination and equipment rotation required. 🔁 For large groups, players will rotate in and out of game sessions based on the game type selected. 🎯 Maximum of 24 players will be allowed on the field at any given time, regardless of group size or game format. This ensures a safe, structured, and exciting experience for everyone involved.
